Life in Black and White through the lens of the artist captures abstract paintings using black and white paint on paper to resemble how society, community and world divides human beings based on race and excludes them from activities. If we want racism and discrimination to end, we must stop segregating and racial inequity. I have created several paintings using only black and white colors to express how I have been impacted by racial profiling. When I mix both colors together, they make the color gray. Colors such as orange, blue, green, and silver are often associated with promoting tranquility and relaxation, which are vital for a good night's rest. These hues not only create a soothing environment but also stimulate the mind's creativity, allowing for a more vivid and imaginative dream state. The color orange, for instance, is known to evoke feelings of warmth and comfort, making it an excellent choice for creating a cozy bedroom atmosphere. Blue, on the other hand, is often linked to calmness and serenity, which can significantly improve sleep quality. My Charter School Experiences

In 1992, I did not attend a charter school. I have had a wide range opportunities that took place at various schools. I have not provided any services for schools as a professional visual artist and art consultant for a while. Among them include when I served as a substitute teacher for Mundo Verde PCS in 2013, I can recall working with some of the students and staff and sharing my passion and extensive background in visual arts. Additionally, I can recall when I served as a substitute teacher for DC International School. I knew a little bit of Spanish, but as a professional visual artist, I really enjoyed sharing my love and extensive background in visual arts with the students and some of the staff members at DC International from 2016-2017. Also when I served as an art elective Summer Camp teacher for Higher Achievement in 2013, the program took place at Center City Capitol Hill Campus. Colors in Art

Colors in art are what makes the art piece intriguing. Blues are cool colors representing a calming effect. While, red, yellow and orange are warm colors. Each color on the wheel depicts a different meaning. I often use orange, red, purple, brown and black in my paintings whether on canvas or digital. Bright colors: Pop art is characterized by vibrant, bright colors. Irony and satire: Humor was one of the main components of Pop art."
