At the time when digital art began in the 1980s, I was 4 - 13 and a student at NationHouse. I did not start creating digital art until 2009. With over a decade of experience in digital art, I have honed my skills in various techniques and styles. I specialize in creating captivating and visually stunning digital artworks that evoke emotion and tell a story.


Upon waking up from my restful sleep and unaware of the discussions taking place, I began to implement my routine and examine my digital art.

 “Personal storytelling plays a crucial role in my artistic journey, particularly in conveying insights about my digital abstract paintings, abstract artworks, and collages. Recently, I have delved into the significance of color symbolism within my digital creations, which has led me to recognize that color serves as a vital component of personal narratives in art. This exploration has deepened my understanding of how color can evoke emotions and convey messages, enriching the viewer's experience and connection to the artwork.

In addition to color, various artistic techniques and principles such as line, form, shape, light and shadow, texture, and composition contribute to the storytelling aspect of my work. Each element plays a distinct role in shaping the viewer's perception and interpretation of the piece. By thoughtfully integrating these components, I aim to create a cohesive narrative that resonates with the audience, inviting them to engage with the artwork on a deeper level.


I am committed to exploring the interplay between personal storytelling and the visual language of my art. The insights gained from my recent research into color symbolism have not only enhanced my understanding of my own work but have also inspired me to communicate more effectively with potential readers and viewers. Ultimately, I believe that the fusion of personal narrative and artistic expression is essential for creating meaningful connections through my digital abstract paintings, abstract paintings, and abstract collages.”

“The color red, as I learned during my time at NationHouse, carries a rich tapestry of meanings that go well beyond its association with blood. Through my comprehensive research, I have discovered that red also represents the intensity of heavy rainfall, which can signify both the nurturing and destructive forces of nature. This duality reflects the complexities of life and the environment, illustrating how a single color can embody both growth and turmoil.


Furthermore, red serves as a powerful symbol in discussions surrounding racism and discrimination. It evokes strong emotions and reactions, often representing the struggles and injustices faced by marginalized communities. The color's vibrancy can be seen as a call to action, urging society to confront and address these pressing social issues. In this context, red becomes a rallying point for awareness and change, highlighting the urgent need for dialogue and reform.

Canvas Panel Boards

I attended Bell from 1991-1993. I graduated in 1993 and was 16 at that time. Years later, I donated the painting shown in the above photo. Additionally, I gave away the clothing articles and jewelry shown in the photo above.   When I was a student, I often painted on canvas panel boards. "Canvas boards are made of cotton canvas, primed to absorb paint, then stretched over and glued on a stiff backing (usually medium-density fiberboard, or MDF). Boards are ideal for beginners looking to practice the basics, or professionals interested in quick studies." Years later, I have created some small abstract paintings.
