“The realms of art and literature hold a pivotal place in the tapestry of human existence.  In my journey of creating digital art, I delve into extensive research that intertwines the worlds of visual art and literature. This exploration often leads me to examine the symbolism and psychological implications of colors, such as red. This particular hue is rich with meaning, often associated with traits like boldness, ambition, and a strong drive towards achieving goals. Understanding these characteristics allows me to infuse my artwork with deeper significance, inviting viewers to engage with the emotions and narratives I aim to convey.


By analyzing how colors and themes resonate within literature and visual mediums, I can create pieces that evoke a powerful response. This synthesis of knowledge and creativity ultimately enriches the viewer's experience, encouraging them to reflect on their own interpretations and connections to the art presented before them.

Phillips Collection, Washington, DC. 2000 GALLERY ASSISTANT .  Phillips Collection. 2000.  Responsible for monitoring and keeping artwork safe during gallery hours.   I participated in the  James McLaugin Memorial Staff Show which took place at the Phillips Collection in 2000. This was an interesting opportunity for me because I not only participated in the art exhibit, but was also a staff member at the Phillips in 2000.
