Autumn is a great time to indulge in mindfulness by relaxing the mind and closing the eyes, while visualizing the essence of serenity and tranquility through the colors navy blue, pale yellow and dark green.

According to my research, “the color navy blue evokes a sense of calmness and tranquility, while the soft pale yellow brings warmth and light, creating a harmonious balance with the grounding presence of dark green, reminiscent of the lush foliage that remains.”

For example, Baba Michael Anthony Brown, one of my former teachers from NationHouse.
