Nightfall Harmony

Nightfall Harmony. Digital art created on canvas. August 31, 2024. Afrika Abney

“As the sun dips below the horizon, a serene transformation envelops the world, giving rise to what can be described as the essence of Nightfall Harmony. This enchanting period marks the transition from the vibrant hues of day to the tranquil shades of twilight, where the sky becomes a canvas painted with deep blues and soft purples. The gentle whispers of the evening breeze carry with them the soothing sounds of nature settling down, creating a symphony that resonates with the heart and soul.”

Canvas of Experiences

Canvas of Experiences. Digital art created on canvas. October 26, 2024. Afrika Abney  I am a dedicated and passionate professional. In the 1990s up until 1996, I was a teenager. I chose brown ochre to represent the color of my skin. White and black to represent the racism and discrimination that I began to experience in the 1990s and continued beyond the 1990s. There is darkness within the experiences of racism and discrimination. However, the contrasting colors represent the persistence of overcoming the hardships of experiencing racism and discrimination. Selected 1992 - 1993 Experiences: Congressional Art Competition. 1992 - 1993 ART CURATOR. New Harlem Gallery, New York City. 1992 - 1993. Moment of Chance

Moment of Chance. Digital art created on canvas. December 26, 2024. Afrika Abney  I watched briefly on television a chance encounter, a television movie released in 2022. I have an extensive music background. Reluctant to give me a chance because of the lies and your own experiences, well is like building walls and bricks. I have stated numerous times that no one is perfect. Acceptance and understanding plays a crucial role, as well as establishing ground rules.

Love’s Foundation

Love’s Foundation. Digital art created on canvas. December 27, 2024. Afrika Abney  Wondering how many times that I need to convey to single hetrosexual men about my attraction towards them? This question is connected to the trait determination. Determination to highlight the importance of genuine and meaningful connections that encompass passion, compassion, respect, commitment, loyalty, desires, genuine affection, appreciation and understanding. Coupled with the significance of harmony in work - life relationships which could mean different things. For instance, taking a moment to enjoy nature walks, waterfalls, and observing the animals. In each of these pleasures, I have remained determined on my path.  I do not believe in love at first sight. I believe that if it is genuine and sincere love from a partner of the opposite sex that is the foundation of love. Without that love remains unstable, unsupported and imbalanced just as the mountains of snow or the bric...

What kind of Social Media describes you the most? - Instagram

"Instagram is a great social media channel for brands that create a lot of visual content. Instagram’s audience tends to be on the younger side with more female users than male users. This can be a great platform for businesses selling products or services related to fashion, lifestyle, art, or other visual-focused industries." Instagram suits me because as a professional visual artist, it gives me the opportunity to post photos of my artwork and myself as a professional visual artist.  Ms. Afrika Abney, Professional Visual Artist
